Senior Interior Designer

 Responsibilities include:

  • ·         This position works closely with the Principals and Director of Interiors·        

  • ·         Sourcing of materials, furnishings, fabrics, lighting, accessories, etc. 

  • ·         Coordinate, prepare, and attend client presentations

  • ·         Maintain project budgets

  • ·         Manage project timeline 

  • ·         Manage multiple projects from beginning to end

  • ·         Create floor plans and elevations 

  • ·         Ability to work well within a team and independently a must

  • ·         Coordinate information flow with team members and outside vendors

 Requirements:

  • ·         Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or relevant experience

  • ·         Minimum of 5 years of high-end Interior Design experience

  • ·         Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel

  • ·         Talented and self-motivated 

  • ·         Ability to work in a very fast paced environment

  • ·         Highly developed communication skills

  • ·         Highly organized with a keen the attention to detail

  • ·         Professionalism and poise a must

Junior Designer

 Responsibilities include:

  • ·         Work closely with Principals and Director of Interiors on all facets of the project

  • ·         Assist in the preparation of presentations   

  • ·         Source furniture, fabrics, materials, and accessories       

  • ·         Organization of our materials library and maintenance of samples and binders

  • ·         Prepare and update project binders

  • ·         Prepare quotes and purchase orders

  • ·         Coordinate, schedule, and track deliveries

  • ·         General office duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing

  • ·         Basic receptionist and administrative tasks including greeting clients, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating maintenance of equipment, and inventorying and ordering office supplies

 Requirements:

  • ·         A minimum of 2 years of residential design experience within a design firm

  • ·         Familiarity with fabrics and finish materials

  • ·         Proficiency of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp required

  • ·         Must be professional, reliable, and motivated

  • ·         Work well within a team structure and independently with direction

  • ·         Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail
