GREENWICH ST LOFT

Project: Greenwich Street Loft
Location: Tribeca, NYC
Size: 3,000 square feet
Status: Completed spring 2014

Description: The penthouse loft renovation creates an open plan that takes advantage of the top floor natural sunlight and accommodates the family's active and entertaining lifestyle. The sunlit kitchen anchors a 900+ square foot main loft space which also includes the living room and dining room. A glass floor skylight invites more natural daylight into the center of the space and exposed wood beams recall the building's pre-war history. The kids' and guest sleeping area, which can be closed off from the main space, is comprised of three bedrooms and a bathroom that are organized around a central playroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom and family den each open up to private roof terraces that overlook One World Trade Center.
