Project: Spring Street Loft

Description: This project was the complete renovation of an old artist loft in Soho. The challenge was to take a long and narrow space and create a residence that was primarily for a couple, but had the flexibility to be shared with the kids during the holidays. Through a series of custom sliding steel and glass doors and walls, we created a space that was adaptable to the families needs. We installed a new walnut floor throughout the loft and exposed the wood beamed ceiling. We designed a new custom walnut, stainless steel and marble kitchen which anchored the main living/dining space.
