Description: This project combines two residences to create a large loft with an open living space. The large living-dining area with an open kitchen creates an amazing living space with a plethora of light. The family room, with bookshelves and sliding steel and glass doors, provides a transition between the public and private space. The kids’ bedrooms are playful spaces, with integrated storage and climbing devices to get to individual sleeping lofts. The spacious master bedroom is separated from the bathroom and home office by a wall of glass, allowing light from the balcony to travel throughout the suite. The neutral palette of the space is juxtaposed with colorful custom designed furniture, wallpaper, artwork and tile.
