Project: 14th Street Loft

Status: Completed - Fall 2008
Description: This loft was designed for a developer on speculation. Our goal was to create a flexible and modern space while emphasizing the inherent characteristics of the loft. Using a series of sliding steel and glass walls and doors, we designed the loft to have degrees of privacy while still maintaining the view of the line of columns from front to back.
